Patient Survey

Bridgegate Surgery’s 2011 Patient Survey has now closed, and we will be unable to accept any more submissions. We would like to say a big thank-you to everyone who completed the survey, your comments and suggestions will go towards improving the service we provide and we greatly appreciate you taking the time.

We received 205 responses, the results of which have now been analysed and we would like to share these with you;

As you can see, the outcome has been extremely positive and we are delighted that our patients continue to be happy with the quality of our service, and where areas of improvement have been identified we will work to address these as soon as possible. We will of course keep you updated of any change that is going on at Bridgegate Surgery via the website and our waiting-area notice-boards and information screen.
