Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If you take medication on a regular basis, you may request repeat prescriptions by using the tear-off slip on the right hand side of the computerised prescription previously issued, ticking the items you require. You may either post the slip or hand it in at the surgery. Alternatively, you may order a repeat prescription using our dedicated prescription order line, telephone number 01777 863456. You may leave a message 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please speak clearly and leave your full name and date of birth, and ask for your medicines by name (or spell it out) as, unfortunately, we cannot process requests for medication unless we have the correct name of the drug(s).
Prescriptions will be available for collection 48 hours after receipt of your order (excluding weekends).
