Text MessagingSMS text messaging is now available at Bridgegate Surgery to remind patients of their up-coming appointment(s), or to notify them of a cancellation to their scheduled clinic. Patients will only receive text messages if they have consented to be part of the service, and have provided us with a valid, up-to-date mobile telephone number. To sign-up to the service, please download and complete a consent form and return it to the surgery at your next visit. Alternatively, consent forms are available from the Reception desk at the surgery. Once we have received your signed consent form, we will send you a confirmation text message within 2-3 days. Please be aware that until we have reached a certain number of consenting patients, we may be unable to offer some messaging services, but we hope to have these available as soon as possible. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact the surgery on 01777 702381, thank-you. |
